REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
RIGHT TO RETURN (30 DAYS)
You have 30 days from receipt of your product to return it without explanation.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
✓ Product unused and in perfect condition
✓ Original packaging intact
✓ Tags and seals unremoved
✓ Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return instructions
4. Ship the product to the provided address
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
REFUND PROCESS:
- Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after verification
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for defective items)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless product is defective)
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
- Contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged product
- We cover all return shipping costs
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund
- Photos of damage may be required
EXCHANGES:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- Please return the item for a refund and place a new order
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or washed products
- Items with damaged packaging (caused by customer)
- Products without original tags
- Personalized items (if applicable)
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven't received your refund:

CANCELLATIONS:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
